FAQs

How do your picnic/event experiences differ?

Each experience is designed around how you want your picnic to feel.

  • Base picnic ($225) is a calm, intimate setup ideal for couples and quiet moments.

  • Social Picnic ($350) is for groups with fuller styling for shared celebrations.

  • Luxe Picnic (starting at $550) offers custom styling and premium details tailored to your vision. Specialty materials and color requests may incur additional fees.

What’s included with each experience?

  • Each picnic includes everything needed for a beautifully styled setting, including tableware, seating, linens, and ambiance elements based on the level of styling you choose. Clients are always welcome to bring their own food or arrange food delivery/pick up with your picnic coordinator – we do not provide food.

Can we customize colors or themes?

  • Yes – we offer standard color palettes at no extra charge. If you’d like specific colors or palettes that require new or sourced materials, those will be quoted as part of a Luxe experience.

What is your weather policy?

  • As a team, we monitor Memphis weather very closely as we do not want any Pretty In Picnic 901 staff or you or your guests to be hurt by weather-related occurrences. We do not issue refunds due to weather once a picnic is confirmed, but we will work with you to secure a new date within 3 months of the event. If you have an indoor location available, we will happily pivot to still provide your event experience.

How many guests can you accommodate?

  • We can comfortably set up for up to 16 guests. Any guest count over 16 will be subject to Luxe Picnic pricing and availability of staff.

Do you travel outside Memphis?

  • Yes – travel fees apply outside our base service area. Fees vary by distance and will be added to your booking

Do you provide food?

  • No – food is not included. You’re welcome to bring your own or arrange delivery. We can help coordinate a pickup at an additional fee if requested.

What if I want special florals or décor?

  • Live florals and specialty décor can be added as part of a Luxe Picnic experience and will be quoted based on materials and styling needs.

What happens if we arrive late?

  • We will wait up to 20 minutes after your scheduled start time. If no communication has been made, we reserve the right to pack up. No refund will be issued.

  • If communication has been made to the picnic/event coordinator about a tardy arrival, you have the option to purchase a time extension for the time missed, as no extra time will be given due to a client’s late arrival.

    • Extra 30 minutes: $35

    • Extra hour: $50

What happens if I need to leave my picnic early?

  • As stated in the terms of the invoice each client receives, you must not leave picnic décor and items unattended. If you need to leave early, please contact your picnic coordinator and they will meet you to take over the décor items. If a client leaves any items belonging to Pretty In Picnic 901 unattended before their coordinator shows up, the accidentals fee will not be returned. Time lost due to early leave cannot be made up at another time.

What payments do you accept?

  • Credit/debit cards, Zelle or Cashapp are available.
