Am I able to extend my picnic time?
We are excited if the vibes are hitting and you just don't want to leave! We do offer extensions to your booking if availability allows. Please reach out to a team member before your picnic to ask for an extension.

We cannot guarantee day-of extension requests will be granted. If possible, please contact a team member to request either an extra 30 minutes or 1 hour. Payment must be collected before the extension is granted. For day-of requests, the pricing is as follows:

Can I get a refund or reschedule for another date if the weather is bad?
We do not offer refunds for deposits or full payments of picnics due to weather and/or unforeseen circumstances once booking has been confirmed. We will work with you to secure another date and time for a future picnic within 3 months of your cancelled picnic.
How many guests can you seat?
We are able to seat up to 16 guests at this time. For parties of 10+ persons, booking must be paid in full 2 weeks before your scheduled date. For all picnics, payment is due upon booking.
I don't live in the Memphis area but still would like to book with you. Is that possible?
We love to travel and would like to be able to service you if possible. Please note that a travel fee of $25 will be added to all picnics that are 10mi + from the 38018 zip code. For bookings 20mi + or more from zip code of 38018, a $50 fee will be added. For more than 25 mi from the 38018, please contact us using our inquiry form.
What if I arrive late to my picnic?
Our team will wait with your picnic set up for up to 20 min after your start time. We reserve the right to pack up the picnic and leave after that time should you be late. Your picnic booking time will not be extended to accommodate a late arrival, but day-of extensions can be purchased with a team member.
