Service Description
Our social picnic experience is designed for small groups and celebrations. It feels fun, warm, and communal – offering more space, more time, and a fuller tablescape for shared moments. This option balances style with ease, allowing guests to enjoy the experience together without the pressure of heavy customization. It’s ideal for birthdays, friends’ gatherings, and casual celebrations. This experience offers standard styling and does not include custom themes or specialty material sourcing. What’s included: - A larger styled picnic setup designed for group enjoyment - Seating and table settings for 4-8 guests (or more) - Fuller tablescape styling than our couples experience - Soft linens and seasonal accents - Bluetooth speaker - Setup and breakdown
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule the date of your picnic, please do so up to 7 days before your event. Any cancellations within 7 days of your events will result in the deposit NOT being returned and possibility of your rescheduled date not being set. Any picnics paid in full that cancel within 24 hours of an event will not have that returned. You will have up to 90 days to reschedule your picnic. If rescheduling a picnic date, new date must be within 90 days of previous date in order to reserve your spot. Due to weather, picnic locations may change. If you have an outdoor set up planned, please ensure you have an alternative indoor location to relocate your picnic to. As such, picnics will not be rescheduled due to weather. Our team will monitor the weather as the week goes on and will reach out to you if we foresee less than preferably weather.
